What happens if I make a mistake?

At this time, credits are used whenever the system generates filled paperwork. Please be 100% sure of what you're putting in before submitting, or else you may have to start again.

Is this available to me?

Yes. This paperwork automation tool is available to anyone in any team. It will use your custom ID number for your sales.

How do you handle sensitive data?

Our system securely collects information and stores only as long as needed to generate the filled order forms and ensure system auditing and functionality, then deleted. It's more secure than sending similar information via Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.

What happens to my credits if I go to the Unlimited plan?

Any credits you had on your account prior to upgrading to Unlimited will remain on your account and will not be used while you are on Unlimited.

If you downgrade from Unlimited, your credits will then be usable.

Can I share or transfer my credits?

Credits are non-transferrable and can only be used by the purchaser.
